Siemens Customized Workshop
Soft Skills
For Siemens, we designed an improv workshop that focused on working together, and just having fun. The participants had not shared the same space due to Covid. This workshop built rapport, created a laughing environment, and helped them enter appreciation-mode. Some highlights.
Improv for Sales
Leaf & Limb, a fabulous company devoted to the environment, wanted their sales team to learn to use Improv. A lot of improv skills are relevant to sales: building rapport, listening, etc..,
Small Talk Workshop
Small Talk is so important. For Toastmasters District 217’s annual conference, we designed a workshop that began with a speech on the benefits of small talk, and then moved into exercises such as: mirrored speech, and “riffing.”
Employee Appreciation Day
Pfizer takes care of their employees. For their fun day, where they were initiating a new policy, we combined humor and education with a variety of items: an interview with the department head, parody videos, and a speech about change.
Improv Basics
A Victra team of about 10 were trained on the basics of improv to impact teamwork within a department.
Parody Show
For PMI’s annual meeting, I did in-depth research on Project Manager’s personalties, and work life, getting a group of 800, to laugh at themselves.
For an Image Consultantsassociation, we taught humor skills, and video skills in a very interactive workshop.
Parody Show
After months of study, and some carefully chosen slides, I poked some fun at Glaxo Smith Kline, which peaked during an interview with the site director on stage. Highlights here.
